State Exam Prep Class
This 24 hour course provides journeyman training to better prepare for taking the Michigan State Exam. This course emphasizes code calculations as well as the NEC usage.

Motor Controls
This is an excellent course for journeymen who completed the apprenticeship prior to 1988. This course will require forty to forty-five hours of classroom time. The course has been revised to provide more elementary coverage of motor control circuits in the early part of the course.
Medium Cable Splice
This class is a hands-on course consisting of 30-class room hours. We will concentrate on 5kV or 15kV hand-taped splices and terminations.
April 11th through May 9th, 2012. (Wednesdays).
Class will start at 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Code Update 2011
This class will discuss the significant changes to the NEC 2008, with an emphasis on the 100 most important changes in the 2008 NEC. The effect of each change is described in detail. This class is approved for Michigan Code Update Class.
April 28th & 29th, 2012. (Saturday & Sunday).

Lift Training
This training is designed to be general in nature since it covers safe operating procedures for all types of aerial platforms. It is expected that operators will follow established familiarization procedures prior to operating aerial platforms not specifically addressed during this training.
Class is on June 13th, 2012 (Thursday).
Class will begin at 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

OSHA 10
This course is specific to our industry and covers several topics on safety including an introduction to OSHA and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and how they apply to safety. This course can provide the 10 hour OSHA card.
Class will be on August 8, 15, & 22nd, 2012 (Wednesdays)
Class will start at 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Class will be limited to the first 25 who sign up.
CPR
This class will teach CPR, choking and rescue breathing for adults (ages 9 and up), Infants and Children, use of an AED (automated external defibrillator) as well as first aid skills. CPR certificate is valid for one (1) year and First Aid certificate is valid for three (3) years.
Class will be on September 10th, 2011. (Saturday).
One day, 8 Hours.
